Sworn Sold – sired by our stallion, Soldier Hollow – won a further stakes victory in Düsseldorf. The 3-year old mare owned by Albrecht Woeste was jockeyed by Marvin Suerland to a safe victory at Düsseldorf Grafenberg. It won by 1 1/4 lengths over 2,100 m. |

The 2012 Henkel-Stutenpreis saw a heartbeat finish in which Soldier Hollow’s daughter Dessau, steered by Alexander Pietsch, beat the Brümmerhof-owned Cherry Danon by a nose to the wire. Dessau is out of the Big Shuffle mare Desabina. She was bred and is owned by Gestüt Röttgen. |
