| She debuted like a pro — and like a better horse. Wiedingen-bred Soldier Hollow-daugther Fosun was all class in her race debut today, taking a 1,500 m race for two-year-olds at Dresden racetrack by six lengths. Jockey Eugen Frank had the filly relaxed behind the pacemaker and rode her with hands only down the stretch. Markus Klug trains Fosun for owner Horst Pudwill, who aquired the filly at the 2014 BBAG Yearling Sale from us. Fosun is out of the Silver Hawk-mare Flamingo Sky, whose sister is German Oaks winner Flamingo Road, the dam of our stallion Flamingo Fantasy. |
