Keep In Line starts new career
In February, he was still racing in Godolphin colors in Meydan, and today the Roettgen-bred gelding by Soldier Hollow celebrated an impressive first day at his newly assigned job with British trainer Alan King. Unimpressed by two jump errors, the four-year-old scored in a 3,200 m Class 5 over hurdles with Wayne Hutchinson for his new owners Paul and Clare Rooney.

Keep In Line was bred by Roettgen stud under the name Kaspar and acquired by Godolphin at the 2013 BBAG Yearling Sale for €120,000. He is a full brother to Kassiano, who placed second in the 2013 Gr.1 Al Maktoum Challenge in Meydan racing in Godolphin silks, and Roettgen stud’s Kasalla, who proved one of the top fillies this year with a fourth place in the German Oaks and a third place in the 54. Preis von Europa (Gr.1).
