John Hammond, trainer of the two Arc winners Montjeu and Suave Dancer, purchased the full sister of NOVA SOL, who finished third at G3 level in the same place today, at the October Yearling Sale of the Arqana. The filly with the name NAALUNA went for €140,000 € in the possession of the Chantilly-based trainer.
NAALANA and NOVA SOL are the first two foals of the Shirocco-mare NECKARA (photo), a daughter of our G3 winner and top-mare NAROOMA, who also produced the G1-placed NARROW HILL and the G2-placed NYMERIA. We are very excited to see how the two daughters of our Champion Sires will develop in France.
