| VIRGINIA JOY by SOLDIER HOLLOW gave an impressive debut over 1500 m in the first race of the German Oaks card at Duesseldorf Grafenberg today. Prepared by Jens Hirschberger, the two-year-old romped to what looked like an effortless win by a length and a half over proven opponents with Adrie de Vries aboard. Ammerland-bred and owned VIRGINIA JOY is out of the G3-winning VIRGINIA SUN (Doyen). |
